Homemade Oven baked Potato Chips

Who does not like Potato Chips..Some avoid these because they are deep fried. But what if they are baked and fresh out of the oven..They pair too well with any meal..There is a good thing about these chips. They are a lot healthier than what we buy because we control what ingredients go into them making sure there is only a little oil and of course our favorite seasonings can be used..I made these baked goodies to finish the potatoes I had lying for a long time and planning to store the chips for future use..But they were all over the end of the day..We enjoyed it a lot and they were just perfect! They were not too crispy like the store bought deep fried ones but were sure too good..

Ingredients
Potato - 1 large
Salt for seasoning
Olive oil / cooking spray
Any favorite seasoning(Pepper,garlic salt,chilli powder,rosemary)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degree F.
Slice the potatoes as thin as possible ..I used a mandolin here..

Spread the sliced potatoes on a lined baking sheet into a single layer.
Brush with oil or cooking spray.
Sprinkle the desired seasonings.I used just garlic salt.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes till they start turning golden brown.

Take care they do not burn..
It is just that easy..
Sending this off to Sunday Snacks:Bake It
