Ingredients
Urad dhall - 1 cup
Chickpeas/ kadalai paruppu - 1/2 cup
Curry leaves - 3 sprigs
Red chillies - 4
Dhania seeds - 2 tablespoons
Asafoetida - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt
Directions
Dry roast all the ingredients listed and powder them in a mixer-grinder.
Store in an airtight container.
Mix with oil or ghee and serve with idlies and dosais.
